Our next Open Day is in Alford Public Hall as usual. We are preparing for it now, so please get in touch is you can help out be donating raffle prizes, lending images for display, manning stalls etc.

Donside Camera Club meets weekly from 02 September 2010 - 28 April 2011.
Our meetings are on Thursdays at 7:30pm, in Alford Public Hall.

We are a friendly group of photography enthusiasts, covering all levels of ability. Our programme is varied, including club and external speakers, themed and open competitions, and workshops on all aspects of photography.
Now in our 29th year, our membership is drawn from a wide local area, ranging from Strathdon to Inverurie.

Assignment subjects for the 2010/11 season:
On the Beach; Leaves; Low Key Portraits; People at Work; Duplication; Gardening.
Please note, that in order to make the number of entries for the competitions more manageable, the number of entries have been reduced as follows:
Assignments: two per member.
Monthly Competition: one per category per member.
Subject for the Malcolm Scott Memorial Quaich, 2011 (decided by 2010 winner Bob Humphreys: 'A Splash of Colour'.
